Macchiato Recipe is a very small scale business, please understand that we do not offer any return or refund services for any purchases.
Unless there is an issue of defects, please report to us within 2 days and return to us within 3 days after receiving the order.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- If an item has a Macchiato Recipe tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
- We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
- Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition as you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Your returned item must arrive at Macchiato Recipe it was ordered from no later than 7 days after your delivery date and tracking information should be provided once it is returned. *Delivery cost will be bared by the buyer.
Once we confirm the returned items are fine, we will then dispatch a replaced item to you.
